The gap is not the capital.
It is the structure.
There is no shortage of capital looking for industries to back, or of buyers looking for supply.
What is missing is the structure that prices the risk sensibly and brings the parties together on terms that hold. Without it, good projects and trades stall, or close on the wrong terms.
The pattern is the same from first-of-a-kind industrial projects to cross-border energy trades. The demand is real. The risk is priced as if nobody has structured it before.
That is where we work.
Structure first.
The counterparties follow.
We start with the architecture of the deal: who carries which risk, how it is covered and how payment is secured.
Once that is right, investors, lenders, insurers and suppliers can say yes. We bring them to the table and coordinate them. We do not replace them.
Each engagement is built to what the project or trade actually needs. Senior debt, parametric cover, letters of credit, working capital, public participation and institutional investment, combined into one coherent arrangement rather than five separate ones.
